The Blastrac shotblasting retexturing systems are the most cost effective, environmentally friendly and high performance technology for reducing the danger of slippery runways. Blasting improves skid resistance on asphalt and concrete surfaces which have become polished. Blastrac 2-20DT Walk Behind Shotblaster

The Blastrac 2-20DT shotblasting machine is a heavy duty professional machine, ideal for surface preparation specialists. This powerful machine is ideal for airport maintenance and asphalt cleaning, such as rubber and line removal and can treat a surface of up to 450 m2 per hour on asphalt and concrete surfaces.


The 2-20DT is a walk-behind shotblasting machine that when connected to an appropriate Blastrac dust collector provides a virtually dust-free and environmental friendly jobsite.

Blastrac BMR-85D Multitask Vehicle

The Blastrac BMR-85D is the first and only multifunctional and hydrostatically driven machine on the global surface preparation market.


Due to the fact that the BMR-85D can fit several attachments, it gives the user a lot of flexibility to satisfy the needs of the job in hand whatever they may be, SHOTBLAST, SCARIFY, GRIND OR SWEEP, all are possible with the Blastrac BMR-85D


The BMR-85D has an effective and very powerful on-board dust collection system. Together with the big bag system, which collects airborne particulate and contaminants such as paint, surface residues and debris it’s a guaranteed solution for dust free, safe and highly efficient operation.


The BLASTRAC BMR-85D has side shift, to enable the machine to operate in close proximity to an edge on either side of the machine.


The BMR-85D is powered by an 85-horsepower diesel engine, and is equipped with the most modern hydraulic and electronic technologies.


The BLASTRAC BMR-85D is especially developed to treat big surfaces, such as runways, within a safe, ergonomic and comfortable work space. The BMR-85D shotblasting attachment can treat a surface of up to 650 m2 per hour on asphalt and concrete surfaces.

Blastrac 2-45DTM Truck Mounted Shotblaster

The Blastrac 2-45DTM shot blaster is the workhorse of the horizontal blast cleaning machine equipment line. The 2-45DTM is completely self-contained and is ideal for surface preparation specialists, doing jobs with limited downtime such as airport runway retexturing and rubber removal.


Blastrac 2-45DTM is the best possible and most cost effective and efficient solution to regenerate the macro and micro texture of runway surfaces. Because of its high performance and reliability it is possible to treat a surface of up to 3000 m2 per hour on runways. 

Blastrac 2-45DTM Truck Mounted Shotblaster

While blasting large surfaces, big quantities of debris are produced, depending on the surface, concrete or asphalt and the grade of pollution. Debris production can vary between 1 and 2 tons per hour. Due to a sophisticated magnetic separation system the 2-45D shot blast machine is able to automatically separate the generated dust from the steel shot to reuse it again. When the dust is separated in the blast head the dust will be sucked away by a very powerful dust collector, “The 2-45TDC“ through the connected hoses.


This dust collector is equipped with 24 pieces of specially designed high quality Blastrac cartridge filters to separate the debris for further internal transport.


Due to new technology used in this new concept of dust collector it is able to transport all generated debris directly into 2 Big Bag’s. This is a continuous process, even while changing the big bags, the blast head keeps doing its job. In the rear of the truck is a place for 8 to 10 pieces of 1 ton big bags, which means a non-stop working time of up to 8 hours, without having to stop the shot blasting production.

• No spilling of valuable drinking water.
• Excellent dust / abrasives separation system by improved magnet separation system.
